This is a hands-on, high-velocity role: you’ll be deep in customer conversations, wireframing in Claude Code, and collaborating daily with engineering.
What you’ll do

Own and evolve our products, like the sales co-pilot and competitive intelligence agents

Design and prototype new AI agent experiences - we expect you to wireframe and mock up your own ideas before handing off to design

Work directly with customers like Snowflake, Cisco, and Five9 and design partners to validate direction, then collaborate with engineering to ship
- Build both: embed AI into existing workflows AND create new agent-based experiences from scratch working on weekly/bi-weekly sprints, monthly releases, quarterly strategy reviews
What we’re looking for

Deep GTM domain expertise: you’ve worked in or built products for sales prospecting, ABM, marketing ops, sales ops, or RevOps

B2B SaaS product experience, ideally in go-to-market tools

Hands-on design skills - can wireframe and prototype an idea without waiting for a designer

Customer-obsessed: you’re energized by spending time with sellers and CSMs, not just analyzing metrics

Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration

Location: Remote in the US/Canada (San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, Vancouver, Austin, or New York City) or based in India

Team: You’ll collaborate with ~60 engineers across backend, frontend, and data teams

Reports to: VP of Product
