As a  Principal Product Manager – Enterprise at Fullbay, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Fullbay’s enterprise product capabilities with material impact on revenue growth, retention, and competitive positioning. This role operates at a senior level within the Product organization and is responsible for developing and executing a multi-year Enterprise Product Strategy aligned with Fullbay’s long-term business objectives.

The right fit would be someone who has a passion for ensuring Fullbay can attract, retain, and grow enterprise customers. You will lead high-stakes product decisions that balance enterprise customer needs, platform simplicity, technical scalability, and financial return. This role exists to ensure Fullbay can attract, retain, and grow enterprise customers through configurable, extensible, and scalable capabilities—without introducing one-off solutions that compromise platform velocity or maintainability.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Product Strategy & & Growth Ownership: Develop and execute a multi-year Enterprise Product Strategy aligned with Fullbay’s long-term growth objectives and executive priorities. Identify enterprise growth opportunities across the Fullbay platform and translate them into scalable, high-impact product initiatives.
  • Cross-Domain Roadmapping & Influence: Lead enterprise initiatives that span multiple product domains, negotiating tradeoffs, and maintaining strong collaborative relationships, all while balancing enterprise demands with long-term platform health. This particular role will help govern and align the roadmaps of several engineering teams and product leaders at Fullbay.  
  • High-Stakes Decision Making & Executive Partnership: Make high-impact product decisions that balance risk, opportunity, platform integrity, and business outcomes. Operate as a trusted partner to executive leadership, contributing to enterprise-level prioritization, tradeoff decisions, and long-term planning.
  • Research, Analytics & Strategic Insight: Lead in-depth primary research efforts with enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to inform product-market fit and long-term strategy. Synthesize diverse data sources—including customer research, usage analytics, market intelligence, and competitive analysis—into data-driven strategies that scale across business units.
  • Platform Stewardship & Quality: Act as a steward of platform simplicity, ensuring enterprise capabilities are extensible, maintainable, and aligned with long-term platform strategy. Safeguard product quality by ensuring enterprise features meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards prior to release.
  • Execution & Delivery: Personally own delivery of select enterprise initiatives from discovery through release. Define clear requirements, success metrics, and acceptance standards for enterprise initiatives executed by other Product Owners.
  • AI, Data & Policy Enablement: Contribute to the long-term strategy for enterprise AI and data governance capabilities, including customer-configurable controls and internal policy alignment. Thoughtfully incorporate AI-enabled functionality into enterprise features where it meaningfully improves trust and customer outcomes.
  • Mentorship & Product Excellence: Serve as a role model for product excellence, helping raise strategic and execution standards across the Product organization. Provide informal mentorship to Product Managers and Product Owners, particularly in enterprise customer engagement and strategic thinking.
  • Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Masters degree or equivalent senior experience preferred. 
  • 8–10+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles within SaaS or platform-oriented organizations..
  • Demonstrated experience owning multi-year product strategies with material business impact across multiple teams or domains.
  • Proven track record of leading high-investment initiatives tied to revenue growth, retention, or competitive differentiation.
  • Experience conducting and synthesizing in-depth customer and market research to influence product-market fit and strategic direction.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership on prioritization, financial tradeoffs, and long-term planning.
  • Strong background in enterprise software, including identity and access management, workflow customization, reporting, and data governance.
  • Proven experience influencing executive stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

  • Enterprise Strategy Leadership: Ability to design and execute enterprise product strategies that drive growth while preserving platform simplicity.
  • Business & Financial Acumen: Strong capability in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and investment tradeoff evaluation.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, scalable product strategies.
  • Executive Presence: Comfort operating in executive-level discussions and representing Fullbay in high-stakes situations.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to engage meaningfully in architectural and technical roadmap discussions without requiring deep implementation expertise.
  • Lean & Agile Delivery: Strong understanding of Agile and flow-based methodologies; Kanban experience strongly preferred.
