Role Overview

You’re an accomplished product leader who drives the discovery, definition, and delivery of exceptional digital products for world-class brands. You balance strategic vision with hands-on execution — guiding teams, shaping hypotheses, building consensus, and inspiring bold decisions.

You act as a trusted strategic partner to our clients, strengthening long-term relationships and helping them unlock new value through innovation. Core Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy:

  • Lead C-suite-level stakeholder sessions to uncover challenges, align on opportunities, and define cohesive product visions.
  • Translate complex systems – across journeys, data, tech, and operations – into clear strategies and actionable roadmaps.
  • Build alignment and momentum at every level of a client’s business.
  • Craft compelling narratives and storytelling that mobilize executive support and drive action.

Product Discovery:

  • Design and run lean research and analysis – distilling insights quickly from data, competitors, and markets.
  • Lead ideation, product vision, and roadmapping workshops that turn insights into direction.
  • Apply the right prioritisation frameworks and establish meaningful product OKRs.
  • Shape high-level requirements and solution designs, mapping user flows and defining what success looks like for early and future releases.

Product Definition & Development:

  • Create and maintain a strategic product backlog: write clear, outcome-focused epics and stories that drive development.
  • Collaborate with design, tech, and business leaders to assess value, effort, and impact, aligning priorities across teams.
  • Lead backlog grooming, validation, and user feedback loops to ensure learning and iteration are continuous.

Growth, Leadership & Internal Impact:

  • Identify opportunities to expand our impact on every account – helping clients go further and faster.
  • Shape new business: qualify opportunities, frame problems, and lead the product/strategy story in pitches.
  • Evolve our strategy and innovation offerings – defining their purpose, value, and methods.
  • Contribute thought leadership: develop POVs, author insights, and represent Beyond in your area of expertise.
  • Mentor and grow team members; match skills and ambitions to opportunities; and nurture a culture of curiosity and excellence.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in senior product or strategy roles across agencies, consultancies, startups, or client-side environments.
  • A natural collaborator who elevates teams, even through ambiguity and challenge.
  • Exceptional storyteller – able to captivate executive audiences with clarity, confidence, and narrative craft.
  • A skilled facilitator who creates space for diverse perspectives, drives focus, and moves groups toward decisions.
  • Deep empathy – you listen closely to customers, colleagues, and clients to design with insight and intention.
  • You are an AI enthusiast – you have tinkered with the capabilities of LLM, and developed points of view or proof of concepts that leverage the new technology.
