We are seeking a proactive Principal Product Designer to join our team and drive the evolution of our cross-product experiences. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Go-to-market teams on the most complex ecosystem problems to improve the E2E user experience.
This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex problems, working collaboratively across functions and time zones, and solving real customer problems. Bonus points for someone who loves coaching and exploring tools and processes to help the design team solve customer problems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design vision and execution across product experiences.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to shape strategy and identify roadmap opportunities.
Deliver elegant, user-centered solutions that balance business goals and technical constraints.
Conduct research, champion user insights, and advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and usability.
Drive design excellence by establishing scalable systems, processes, and guidelines.
Influence company-wide decision-making as a design thought leader.
Partner with Marketing/Brand teams to align product design with overall company identity.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of designing and shipping high-quality digital products end-to-end
Deep craft expertise in interaction and visual design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates design systems thinking, user-centered design, and executional excellence
Experience operating at a Principal or Staff level, owning complex product spaces and influencing cross-functional teams
Strong strategic thinking abilities; capable of identifying and framing design opportunities that drive product and business impact — especially around user activation, adoption, and usability
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; able to influence product managers, engineers, and stakeholders through clear rationale and compelling design storytelling
