As Private Equity Partnerships Manager, you will spearhead Intercom’s efforts to build deep, value-driven relationships with private equity (PE) firms and their portfolio companies. This is a highly strategic and externally facing role that sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, partnerships, and corporate strategy.
You’ll be instrumental in accelerating the adoption of Intercom’s cutting-edge AI solution, Fin, within high-growth companies navigating digital transformation under private equity ownership This includes proactively identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders at private equity firms - operating partners, portfolio growth teams, and technology advisors and becoming a trusted advisor on how Intercom’s solutions can help drive value creation.
Your work will also involve creating scalable engagement models and joint go-to-market strategies that result in measurable business outcomes such as portfolio-wide adoption programs, technology stack modernization, and revenue acceleration initiatives. You’ll work closely with Intercom’s sales, marketing, product, and success teams to create tailored enablement and onboarding programs for portfolio companies.

The OTE range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $265,000-$308,000. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
