We’re seeking an organized and motivated Principal Marketing Manager - Creative, Brand, and Digital Experience to deliver purposeful, engaging, consistent, and high-quality experiences across web, digital, advertising, events, collateral, and internal and customer communications. This hands-on creator brings deep expertise in brand, identity, design, and creative processes, along with the ability to manage agencies, measure impact, and advance brand maturity. The role reports to the Head of Corporate Communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative, branding, and digital processes and execution across communications and media.
  • Orchestrate the development of a new/enhanced brand identity from start to finish working with internal stakeholders and full-service branding agency
  • Manage and implement new identity, brand, communication, and website design creative guidance directly and working with website creative agency.
  • Own the website, managing the development and delivery process of copy, design, graphics, and creative content for the website.
  • Manage web content including the support of marketing campaigns, including promotions, landing pages, product detail pages, to continuously improve the usability, design, content, and conversions of the website.
  • Work with outside website vendors to develop website pages and microsites, as well as periodically implement new design features and functionalities the corporate website. 
  • Work with marketing and the SEO/GEO agency to align strategy and keywords to website design and content.
  • Drive comprehensive, and consistent analytics related to website including the use of heatmapping, personalization, A/B testing, and site analytics to implement changes that are clearly linked to improved results, such as traffic, conversions, and ad performance.
  • Enable content management and ensure brand adherence for all creative assets in a way that is always tied to target audience and outcome objectives.
  • Enable creative request process and manage the entire creative projects from design through to production with transparency, feedback, and within schedule and budget.
  • Translate creative briefs into design concepts and solutions in support of communication objectives, including development of specialized graphic illustrations to support our products in datasheets, event marketing, the website, presentations, etc.
  • Own Digital Asset Management (DAM) including implementing mapping, tracking, organization and storing processes, asset lifecycles, and vendor relationship.
  • Support event management including content development, resources, materials, and logistics.
  • Manage content development and quality assurance processes supporting demand generation and product marketing leaders.
  • Consult and partner with internal departments across product marketing, demand generation, and communications to define and develop consistent content delivery.
  • Manage outside vendors, including design, website development, SEO, printing services, etc. and ensure all creative meets brand identity standards, delivery schedule, and optimized costs.
  • Leverage technologies and solutions to drive customer and prospect digital engagement including community, social media, online research, and other connection platforms.
  • Develop and manage an online community site working with marketing, communications, and product management.
  • Coordinate design, creative, and website budget and operational metrics with regards to objectives, spend, performance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of hand-on experience, with progressive growth in managing and supporting creative, branding and digital processes withing B2B technology.
  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic arts and/or communications with web and design work experience.
  • Technical skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, Elementor, SEO, Google Analytics, HTML, and other related solutions.  
  • Experience leading major re-branding and website development projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytics, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple service requests, operational budget, and outside agencies.
  • Occasional travel to California headquarters and to support team meetings and events.
