Principal / Managing Consultant - Advisory Practice

We’re seeking a Principal Consultant to play a key role in delivering high‑impact client engagements and supporting the growth of Datacom’s consulting practice. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant with strong delivery skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for shaping opportunities and working with high‑performing cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across strategy, transformation, and technology domains.
• Contribute to presales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to create compelling value propositions.
• Support the development of consulting capability aligned to market demand and emerging trends.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for ongoing collaboration.
• Champion Datacom’s consulting‑led approach to technology, reinforcing our market presence and client value.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven consulting experience with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
• Strong presales capability, including shaping solutions and engaging stakeholders.
• A growth mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to scaling offerings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across the Australian market is highly desirable.
