Manage site operations by maintaining safety standards, overseeing resource allocations, and supporting customers while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

JD for Site operation Manager

  1. Maintain safety standards at Site as per company policy
  2. Monthly review of Site safety & challenges
  3. Review with Site managers for resource allocations, site related issues, if any in accordance with the dispatch plan.
  4. Costing / Estimation for Offering a new customer within the Budget for both CTO & ETO also fine tuning if required to grab the orders
  5. Technical discussion supporting New Orders by regional sales managers.
  6. Once order received attending the KOM and giving feedback on the non-standards designed as per site feasibilities or site related check points
  7. Affiliate management – timely release of orders/ site mobilization, bill booking as per defined DOA.
  8. Appraising the Sales plan with Managers and taking their individual plan for weekly review.
  9. Negotiate with affiliate for big size project & advise procurement team
  10. Surprise visit to various sites for review Site Safety & compliance
  11. Site Visits for critical project for Site assessment whenever required also visit for big size projects
  12. Regularly review the NC & shortage material update
  13. Close Track of Snag points within the agreed time frame to get the clearance for raising the Erection invoice.
  14. Responsible for NPC / VOC handling
  15. HOC data sharing with IS Team and warranty handling team
  16. Monitoring Site Operations Tools Calibration & closely review / Maintaining
  17. Site Operations MRM PPT and presentation
  18. HOC punctuality data to finance controller for Factory Rush call
  19. ISO Audits & Monitoring all HSE Related Documentation in respective region
  20. Support customer for under warranty cases whenever IS Team is occupied
  21. Handling Export orders execution / supervision
  22. Adhere to KPI set by management
  23. Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
