What you'll do
- Design and guide the team to develop a world-class, scalable Machine Learning Platform.
- Design and roll out ML Ops methodology standards, and best practices, supporting its adoption by all advanced analytics products.
- Ensure the robustness and scalability of machine learning models by designing systems that can handle large amounts of data and user traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest machine learning and data science advancements, and implement new technologies as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, and present technical solutions in an easily understandable way.
What you'll need
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering leadership.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in individual-contributor machine learning engineering roles.
- Solid software engineering and data management skills.
- Experience in using cloud platforms to deploy scalable, reliable, and performing solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable conveying complex ideas to a diverse audience.
- Servant leader, ready to roll up the sleeves and help the team overcome technical or organizational roadblocks.
- Fully fluent in English and Portuguese, proficiency in Spanish a plus.
