Principal/Lead Software Engineer (Vue.js)

• Leading technical discovery sessions with prospects and customers
• Designing scalable solutions using our API, webhooks, and integrations
• Supporting the sales cycle with demos, documentation, and expert insight
• Building internal tools or prototypes that illustrate product capabilities
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer needs and feature requests
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to Solutions Engineers and other customer-facing team members

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar technical customer-facing roles
• Proven experience in a Tech Lead role with strong senior-level expertise
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations
• Proficiency in web technologies (JavaScript, REST, GraphQL, etc.)
• Solid hands-on experience with Vue.js and TypeScript
• Experience with pre-sales engagements and collaborating with account teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience in a startup or scale-up SaaS environment
• Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Experience contributing to technical content or internal tooling
