Position: Principal, HRBP (Logistic team)

What will you do:

• Support the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off boarding, and employee record management.
• Assist in managing compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
• Partner with management and employees to resolve employee relations issues; provide guidance on HR best practices and employment law compliance.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback initiatives.
• Support talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and development workshops.
• Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and HR policies.
• Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and employee experiences.

Qualifications and key skills

# 8+ year of HRBP working experiences
