TLDR

Lead and manage complex mechanical engineering projects for semiconductor manufacturing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement.


Job responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and components for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and process engineers, to ensure integrated system performance.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate design options and project viability.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and semiconductor manufacturing technologies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects and teams.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, CAD software, and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement.
