About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to join our team. This role requires a professional with extensive technical experience, a strong problem-solving mindset, and excellent collaborative skills.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of tackling complex challenges independently while driving technical direction across teams.
What you'll do:
- Code and optimize large-scale systems
- Design and implement system architectures
- Lead projects from conception to execution
- Drive innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers

- 10+ years of experience in software development
- Strong system architecture and design skills
