About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to join our team. This role requires a professional with extensive technical experience, a strong problem-solving mindset, and excellent collaborative skills.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of tackling complex challenges independently while driving technical direction across teams.

What you'll do:

• Code and optimize large-scale systems
• Design and implement system architectures
• Lead projects from conception to execution
• Drive innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers

What you'll need:

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Strong system architecture and design skills
• Expertise in multiple programming languages and cloud technologies
• Ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently
• Drive for innovation and continuous learning
• Leadership skills in project conception and execution
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in cross-functional teamwork
