Principal - Digital Delivery & Transformation-Dubai, UAE

We’re looking for a dynamic Principal, Digital Delivery to lead complex digital transformation initiatives

that drive value at scale. This is a hands-on strategic delivery role; combining operational leadership with a strong consulting

mindset to shape, plan and execute digital programmes across government, enterprise and public policy landscapes.

• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, milestones and measurable outcomes

❖ Client & Stakeholder Partnership

• Serve as a senior advisor to internal teams and external partners

• Drive alignment across project teams, technology teams, and leadership

• Facilitate executive decision-making and strategic prioritisation

❖ Digital & Business Impact

• Champion digital best practices; including agile, lean and hybrid models

• Embed data-informed decision-making across delivery teams

• Identify risks early and design mitigation strategies that protect delivery integrity

❖ Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Mentor and inspire mid-senior level delivery leads and cross-functional teams

• Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and capability uplift

• Champion a delivery culture that prioritises quality, clarity and collaboration

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING |

❖ 10+ years’ experience leading digital delivery or transformation programmes

❖ Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder digital initiatives

❖ Strong strategic judgement coupled with operational excellence

❖ Excellent communicator, able to influence at senior levels

❖ Comfortable in ambiguity, with a track record of structuring the unknown into clear plans
