Lead the design and deployment of ML models to predict customer behavior, collaborating cross-functionally to drive product insights and operationalize data products.
You’ll join our Data & Analytics team reporting to our Sr. Director, Data & Analytics and leading the end-to-end development and deployment of MxL models—focusing on churn, retention, and LTV—and driving product insights using causal inference and experimentation for areas like targeting and bidding. As a Principal Data Scientist, you will be an individual contributor where your impact will be quantifying the business value of key initiatives, influencing product roadmaps with data-driven opportunity sizing, and operationalizing data products for personalized customer journeys. Success will require close collaboration with Engineering and Machine Learning Platform teams for scalable data pipelines and model deployment.

Minimum salary of $190,757 to maximum salary of $282,450 + equity + benefits.
