Our machine learning based models work by combining data from our customer's CRM with our proprietary technological graph and firmographic data, and reliably predict an account's propensity to buy. 

About the Role

As part of our team, you'll be tasked with handling substantial datasets to develop machine learning models catering to our enterprise clients. Your role will also involve contributing to the development of foundational models for our product. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong analytical aptitude, with a deep understanding of data analysis, mathematics, and statistics. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are imperative for the interpretation of data. Furthermore, we value a genuine enthusiasm for machine learning and a commitment to research.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning and generative AI models that create measurable business impact.
• Architect scalable data and ML systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and efficiency through strong MLOps practices.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities where AI and data science can drive meaningful outcomes.
• Evaluate and improve model performance through continuous experimentation and monitoring.
• Stay current with AI advancements - especially in LLMs, transformers, and diffusion models - and apply emerging research to production use cases.
• Establish best practices for model development, experimentation, and documentation across the data science team.
• Mentor and guide data scientists, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing data-driven decision-making.
  

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, leading end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, with a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong Python programmer with deep expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and modern ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, pandas).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM architectures (GPT, BERT, T5, diffusion models) and their real-world applications.
• Proficient with big data and cloud platforms (Spark, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experienced in building MLOps pipelines for scalable model deployment.
• Skilled in databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business problems and derive actionable insights from large, multi-dimensional datasets.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience, guiding data scientists and collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.
