Job Summary:

The Senior Legal Counsel, part of larger global legal team, will serve as a key legal advisor for global operations, based out of the U.S., supporting enterprise client engagements, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney with deep experience in technology services, outsourcing, and international contracting, who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contracting & Commercial Transactions

  • Review and negotiate U.S. and global MSAs, outsourcing agreements, RFPs, NDAs, SaaS/cloud contracts, managed services deals and other client, partner and  vendor agreements.
  • Ensure contracts are compliant with U.S. laws and aligned with global standards and client expectations.

Global Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

  • Advise on U.S. and international data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), export controls, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Monitor legal developments and ensure internal policies reflect global compliance requirements.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management

  • Structure subcontracting arrangements across regions.
  • Ensure third-party compliance with client obligations and internal governance frameworks.

Dispute Resolution & Litigation

  • Coordinate with external counsel and internal teams to resolve legal issues efficiently.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with global teams including Sales, Delivery, Procurement, HR, and Compliance.
  • Provide legal training and guidance across business units.
  • J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school; LL.M or international law specialization is a plus.
  • Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 12 years of legal experience, with significant exposure to technology, outsourcing, and global operations.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. commercial law, international contracting, and cross-border compliance.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working with Fortune 500 clients and global delivery models.
  • Familiarity with agile contracting, digital transformation, and remote service delivery.
  • Ability to work across time zones and cultures

Salary Range: $110K-$140K Gross (Base + bonuses) + standard Nagarro Benefits
