At Atria, we are looking for a Principal Clinical Informatics Trainer that is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support the effective use of clinical information systems across the organization. This role ensures that clinicians and staff understand and fully leverage electronic health record (EHR) tools, workflows, and technology solutions to enhance patient care, quality, and operational efficiency.

Specifically, you will:

  • Perform on-site one-on-one and group training sessions to users of clinical systems
  • Develop job-aids and training materials to support various workflows and tools used by clinical users.
  • Under guidance from the director, develop a training curriculum for onboarding new employees; to support growth in current and future locations
  • Develop tools/program to evaluate knowledge levels across the organization
  • Under guidance from the director, develop presentation materials to be shared with senior clinical leadership in various leadership and clinical meetings
  • Travel to various locations to support onboarding new staff, training existing staff and provide additional on-site support as needed (Up to 25% domestic travel)
  • Develop a knowledge base to support users such as FAQ, job aids, etc. 
  • Work with stakeholders to trouble shoot issues on a daily basis 

Salary range: $125,000 - $145,000, based on years of experience

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of learning & development experience
  • 5+ years in hands-on training
  • 5+ years in developing training curriculum, creating train-the-train programs
  • Experience with training in both remote and in person, one-on-one and group setting
  • Experience in Healthcare is preferred; experience working directly with clinicians and care team is preferred
  • Experience with electronic health record, clinical documentation and workflows preferred
