We invite a talented AI Engineer with a genuine passion for AI and curiosity for exploring new technologies to join Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of internal and client-facing initiatives, building AI solutions for internal teams and showcasing Dev.Pro’s expertise through client demos and prototypes. You’ll also contribute to the company’s AI growth by sharing knowledge, documenting best practices, and guiding teams in adopting AI.

✅ Is that you?

• 8+ years in software engineering with strong Python and production backend experience
• Deep understanding of ML fundamentals, including implementing basic models and gradient descent from scratch
• Hands-on GenAI experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, LangChain, and AI feature development
• Passion for AI coding demonstrated via side projects, experimentation, and autonomous coding practices
• Strong SQL and practical experience with vector databases and embeddings
• Solid knowledge of testing, QA, and maintainability
• Excellent technical communication, documentation, and cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and code reviews
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Expertise in Agile workflows, balancing R&D and delivery priorities

Desirable:

• Experience in ML tasks (feature engineering, imbalanced datasets, data prep)
• Hands-on with visual AI workflows, model fine-tuning, agent orchestration, and evaluation
• Exposure to data engineering (pipelines, transformations, warehouse vs. lake tradeoffs)
• Architecture documentation using C4, ADR, or similar decision-capture patterns
• Experience across JavaScript/Node.js and .NET
• Cloud & deployment knowledge (Azure)
• R&D and client-facing experience (PoCs, demos, presales discussions)
  

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll explore and build exciting AI solutions, demonstrate Dev.Pro’s AI expertise to clients, and drive AI adoption and best practices across the company.

• Design and develop AI solutions end-to-end, from experiments and prototypes to production-ready systems
• Conduct R&D and build PoCs, exploring new AI tools and methods, testing ideas, and turning validated concepts into working solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate AI solutions effectively
• Support presales activities and demos, showcasing Dev.Pro’s AI expertise to existing and potential clients
• Document solutions, experiments, and best practices to grow AI expertise across the company
• Advise teams and clients on AI adoption, tools, and implementation strategies
• Lead or participate in internal workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
