Pierce Technology Corp is looking for an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to join our Construction Management and Utilities team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining project schedules to ensure successful project delivery within time constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Perform schedule analyses, resource loading, and critical path management.
- Identify potential schedule delays and provide recommendations for mitigating them.
- Prepare and present regular scheduling reports to project teams and management.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling using Primavera P6, preferably within the construction management or utilities sector.
- Strong understanding of construction project phases, methodologies, and practices.
- Proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive project schedules.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
