Your profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the PMR division to deliver insights-driven market research solutions to Life Sciences clients.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our PMR offerings.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and providing customized research solutions to meet their needs.

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from proposal development and study design to data collection, analysis, and reporting.

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of research deliverables by adhering to best practices and industry standards.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and innovate our service offerings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to support business development initiatives and drive revenue growth.

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members to foster a culture of excellence and professional development.

  • Contribute to growing Pando’s global HCP panel

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of Experience in the Life Sciences industry

  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing market research projects from conception to completion.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team building, talent development, and driving results.

  • Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

  • Experience in a successful startup or similar fast paced environment.

  • Mission driven, with a focus in the health and life sciences sector.
