Pricing & Yield Manager, Pricing Strategy

Reddit is seeking a Program Manager, Pricing & Yield on our Pricing & Yield Management (PYM) team as part of the Sales Strategy & Operations group. The PYM team is tasked with partnering across the Ads organization to drive revenue through data-driven insights & strategic planning. You are a self-starter, exhibit strong analytical skills, and have experience interfacing directly with a Sales organization to provide insights that drive the Ads business forward.

This Program Manager role will be based in our New York office and is focused on planning & leading the pricing strategy across the Ads business. You will be responsible for the lifecycle of our reserved packages from conception to execution, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to scale these packages & drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of premium reserve packages; lead & oversee package conception, go-to-market, and ongoing maintenance efforts 
• Drive the planning & execution of our 5-year packaging strategy
• Partner with Product & Engineering to identify opportunities to automate & scale our packaging catalog
• Define KPIs & lead QBRs to inform leadership of the status of Reddit’s packaging strategy
• Interface regularly with leadership in regard to current & future packaging strategy
• Lead regular analyses to determine price & positioning of our packages
• Create or maintain dashboards to monitor packaging delivery & performance
• Oversee the narrative of our packages in consultation with Performance & Measurement teams

What We Can Expect From You:

• 7-10 years of digital advertising experience, at a large online publisher or network with multiple sites and sales channels
• 8+ years of dedicated program management, pricing, or yield management experience required
• Proven quantitative ability and experience creating monetization models
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, R and NoSQL alternatives)
• Experience with Salesforce, and/or other order management systems
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects & competing priorities effectively
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting insights to all levels of management

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is $157,400-$236,100.
