The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for a Manager, Monetization Ops & Strategy problem solver to help accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market strategy across our Talent Solutions business. This team is the owner of a multi-billion-dollar business that is available to LinkedIn’s top tier customers.This person will collaborate with key business partners on spearheading multiple initiatives and scale Enterprise Programs, which is a strategic growth lever for the business. In this role, you will engage with stakeholders to drive the growth strategy of the B2B business, increase sales activation, and evaluate/evolve global pricing policies to deliver greater customer value and value for LinkedIn.

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives through data analysis and problem solving: 

    • Problem solve: Develop recommendations to evolve pricing frameworks that generate revenue for the business and deliver value for customers  

    • Data Analysis: Provide insightful takeaways based on data trends and track program performance  

  • Structure, present and share proposals with VP-level executives 

  • Work in a collaborative team environment where you’re able to follow along multiple work streams, connect the dots and drive meaningful cohesion 

  • Partner cross-functionally: Build productive relationships, feedback loops, and corroborate opportunities through qualitative insights in partnership with Sales, BizOps, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Legal, Product, and other cross-functional teams 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or other strategic & analytical role 

  • BA/BS degree in economics, management science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics or related discipline, or related practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience using any or all of the following: SQL, Tableau, PowerBI 

  • Experience using Excel (intermediate to advanced level) 

  • Experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making 

  • Experience working with and supporting B2B enterprise sales organizations  

  • Leadership skills: Ability to inspire and influence team members and cross-functional partners and drive decision making with an executive presence 

  • Demonstrated verbal/written communication experience and high clarity of thought 

  • Experience in structuring complex problems to make them easy to solve and explain 

  • Self-starter with demonstrated organizational and time management skills 

  • Commitment and Ownership: Ability to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environment 

  • Possessing a willingness to learn; having a growth mindset, while adaptable to rapid-change  

  • Relationship oriented: Building relationships with team, cross-functional partners, and leadership by caring and coaching

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.    

The pay range for this role is $105,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
