We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Specialist to support our growing Materials business unit specifically within Packaging Films. This individual contributor role is responsible for developing accurate, competitive pricing strategies that reflect market conditions, internal cost structures, and operational feasibility.
Key responsibilities include managing RFQs, maintaining customer pricing, analyzing margin performance, and monitoring supplier cost and delivery trends. Ideal candidates will have experience in pricing, packaging, or supplier management, with a strong background in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and refine pricing models and cost databases
- Analyze customer margins, supplier costs, and market trends
- Manage RFQs, bids, and special pricing requests
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Planning teams
- Generate reports on pricing performance and customer trends
- Maintain pricing tools, documentation, and process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in pricing, logistics, or supply chain analytics
- Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or supply chain
- Experience with RFQ/RFP processes
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP CRM, or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, data analysis)
- Experience with Power BI, QlikView, or SAP
- Knowledge of domestic and international freight
