Pricing Specialist

As the Pricing Specialist, you will support the Commercial Operations department by implementing rate changes to properties and understanding business and market trends in order to increase company revenue and efficiency. 

Responsibilities   

• Learn how to use custom rate software  

• Look at market supply and demand and make rate adjustments as needed to maximize revenue 

• Identify causation issues for units with poor performance 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams 

• Implement pricing changes to drive market performance 

• Handle tickets for markets with changes and suggestions 

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business Administration or Business/Financial Analysis  

• Two (2) or more years of experience in business/financial analysis  

• Previous experience in Economics, Real Estate, Property Management, Business Analysis, or a correlating degree 

• Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting 

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills 

• Strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to prioritize and multitask 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Analysis preferred
