We are seeking a Pricing & Merchandising Marketing Program Manager who will play a critical role in helping to drive global pricing strategy and execution across all digital storefronts for our client Xbox, and their first party games business planning team.


Our Pricing & Merchandising Marketing Program Manager manages promotional and permanent price drop efforts for Xbox Games Studios across console and PC platforms. This role partners closely with the Senior Pricing Manager, Marketing and Business Planning teams to ensure that pricing strategies are developed and executed to guarantee Xbox first party games are managed effectively everywhere games are sold online. This role monitors pricing and conversion rates globally to make sure Xbox games are comparably priced against competitive titles in key markets.


Our ideal candidate is a motivated, analytical thinker who’s passionate about gaming and eager to grow within a dynamic, cross-functional environment. They will bring foundational experience supporting pricing management, business planning, data analysis, forecasting or operations—ideally within the gaming and entertainment industries.  


This role is primarily remote with some required time onsite in Redmond with the client. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain pricing efforts across Xbox Games Studios portfolio for both console and PC platforms.
  • Align with Marketing and Xbox Games Studios business managers to set promotional pricing and price drop efforts for Xbox first party games.
  • Support Xbox first party games promotional placements across digital stores.
  • Assist with pricing reporting and manage price change submissions.
  • Retrieve first party games performance reporting from a variety of data sources via Excel or Power BI.
  • Assist with collection and distribution of marketing assets and copy for use in first and third-party digital storefronts.
  • Manage asset and copy submissions for promotional placements in first party digital storefronts.
  • Capture proof of execution and distribute weekly updates to franchise marketing teams.
  • Develop and deliver program communication status to key stakeholders to ensure that all relevant parties are kept in the loop.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A passion for video games, with proven experience in the gaming industry and/or particularly knowledgeable about PC, console, and gaming trends.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and/or pricing management in a CPG environment, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Management, or related field.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience working within a large complex organization and driving collaboration and alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues early and provide solutions.
  • Proven ability to break down complex ideas and convey them succinctly.
  • Proven ability to deliver campaign insights and reporting in a timely manner.
  • Proven experience in responding and rapidly adapting to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, etc.)
