Job Summary
We are a trucking brokerage company seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to support our logistics and operations team. This role is responsible for accurately entering shipment details into our pricing portal, generating rate calculations, and communicating pricing information to internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter shipment dimensions, weight, and related details into the company pricing portal
- Verify shipment information for completeness and accuracy before submission
- Use the internal portal to calculate pricing for shipments
- Send finalized pricing details to designated team members in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records of pricing and shipment data
- Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding rates and shipment details
- Follow standard operating procedures and data entry guidelines
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of logistics, freight, or trucking operations (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable working with online portals and data entry systems
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Good written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, web-based tools)
