Previs Artist - Launchpad Internship 2026

TLDR

Work with the Pre-Production Services team as a Previs Artist, designing pre-visualised shots and sequences that will guide the shoot and post-production VFX lifecycle.

Framestore's 2026  Launchpad Internship offers talented, creative individuals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience at one of Europe’s leading creative studios. Interns will learn through studio work, presentations, a personal project, and informal meetups while collaborating on real projects with experienced artists and technologists. Previous interns have contributed to shows like One Piece, Project Hail Mary & How to Train Your Dragon.

Working within the Pre-Production Services team as a Previs Artist, you’ll help design pre-visualised shots and sequences, working with the creative direction of the Visualisation Supervisor to define the shot composition, staging, lighting and camera language - including movement, lens choices, and framing. Our Previs Artists' skill sets are varied but are seen as the in-house cinematographers and 3D storyboarders visualising the Director’s initial edit that will go on to inform the shoot and post-production VFX lifecycle.
