Hiring Immediately! Press Technician (HP Indigo)
3rd Shift: Thursday-Sunday 4am-2pm
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Optimize press performance and minimize downtime
Quality :Ensure printed products meet quality standards. Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
Productivity & Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Support production schedules and efficiency goals.
Teamwork: Provide technical guidance to operators. Communicate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Must have: Strong hands-on experience with HP Indigo presses. Experience with heavy industrial manufacturing equipment. Advanced troubleshooting with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude. Multimeter usage and electrical diagnostics up to 480V. Working knowledge of pneumatics, PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, and power supplies. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). High school diploma or technical certification. 5+ years of technician experience with high-voltage equipment.
Availability for Thursday–Sunday 3rd shift schedule.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Ability to crouch, kneel, bend, and perform repetitive motions.
Preferred Qualifications: Ideal candidates may have hands-on experience supporting or maintaining the following HP 0Indigo platforms:
- HP Indigo 6K, 8K, or V12 label presses
- HP Indigo 35K, 100K, or 120K packaging and high-volume presses
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ink and imaging systems
- Press calibration and quality optimization
- Rapid troubleshooting and press recovery to minimize downtime
