Key Responsibilities

Monitor and document children's physical development progress
Establish and maintain a zero-compromise safety environment with proactive risk management during all physical activities
Engage parents as valued stakeholders through sophisticated communication about their child's physical development trajectory
Oversee comprehensive equipment management systems and optimise activity zones for maximum engagement and safety
Lead immersive indoor and outdoor physical experiences throughout seasonal variations, demonstrating pedagogical flexibility

Requirements

Early Childhood qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience working with preschool aged children in an educational setting
Valid First Aid and CPR certification would be advantageous
Strong understanding of early childhood development milestones
Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
