  • Act as the trusted technical advisor throughout the presales cycle, supporting RFIs/RFPs, scoping, and proposal development.
  • Clearly articulate the technical differentiators and competitive advantages of the DDM portfolio in customer discussions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and product teams while confidently driving customer engagements independently.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Siemens Insights Hub portfolio (formerly MindSphere) and related Data-Driven Manufacturing solutions.
  • Deep understanding of IT/OT convergence, including industrial connectivity, automation systems, MES/MOM, and cloud or edge technologies.
  • Proven background in presales, solution engineering, or technical consulting within industrial software environments.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Confident and engaging presentation style in customer-facing environments.
  • Industry experience in Food & Beverage, Automotive, or Aerospace & Defense is considered a strong advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing KPIs (e.g., OEE), continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), and operational processes.
  • A self-driven, analytical mindset combined with strong customer focus and collaborative team spirit.
