We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team in South Brisbane, Australia. As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-quality, responsive web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Develop and implement responsive, cross-browser compatible user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with UX designers and backend developers to create seamless, intuitive web applications
- Utilize modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to build scalable and efficient web applications
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and performance across various devices and platforms
- Implement and maintain version control using Git for all frontend code
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and web services
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues to ensure smooth user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to specification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and techniques
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
- Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack and Babel
