Pre-sales Technical Consultant | IoT Solutions

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Technical Consultant to join our growing team in São Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers during the pre-sales and early implementation phases, helping them successfully integrate our solutions into their business operations.

Teltonika IoT Solutions Brazil is a representative branch of Teltonika IoT Group, a global company with over 20 years of experience in developing and manufacturing Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. From connected vehicles to networking technologies, our goal is to create reliable and innovative solutions used worldwide.

You will have the opportunity to work with international clients and innovative IoT solutions across different industries, contributing directly to customer success and business growth.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the pre-sales and early implementation phases
• Understand customer needs and propose the best technical solutions based on their business use cases
• Support customers through meetings, technical discussions, and solution presentations
• Work with GNSS tracking devices and related technologies (such as Bluetooth, CANbus, RS232/RS485, and 1-Wire)
• Guide customers in integrating Teltonika solutions into their operations
• Travel occasionally to support on-site implementations (around one trip per quarter)
• Organize and deliver training sessions and presentations for clients
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support solution design and project alignment
• Collect technical feedback and share insights with internal engineering teams
• Ensure a smooth and successful implementation experience for customers

What we expect of you:

• Previous experience in a pre-sales, technical support, or customer-facing technical role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way
• Experience preparing and delivering presentations
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic technical knowledge and ability to support product configuration and integration
• Ability to understand customer business needs and use cases
• Good level of English (written and spoken)
