 About You

As the Pre-Sales Solution Architect - Microsoft at AppDirect, you are the primary contact for potential customers and their Advisors. Collaborating with the AppDirect sales team, your role as a technical expert involves conducting scoping calls and delving into customers' needs for Microsoft Products (Azure, Intune, Active Directory, M365). Crafting solutions, estimating time and cost, and creating detailed Statements of Work (SOW) are integral aspects of your responsibilities. This documentation, including recurring monthly costs for customer consideration, is delivered to stakeholders. As a key member of the Professional Services team, you work closely with the Project Manager and deployment team to ensure seamless execution of solutions.

 What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

  • The Pre-Sales Solution Architect - Microsoft  is responsible for coordinating and executing the sales strategy across a district of sales representatives;
  • Provide pre-sales support to sales reps and customers on licensing and solutions;
  • Prepare detailed SOW’s to be reviewed with the sales team, Advisors and Customers;
  • Deliver  product roadmaps, licensing, and financial content to customers;
  • Develop and deliver training to sales teams on Microsoft products and services;
  • Engage with sales teams to sell jointly into sales territories and customer accounts.

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years of pre-sales engineering experience with Microsoft (Azure, Intune, Active Directory, M365);
  • A deep understanding of Microsoft products and services (Azure, Intune, Active Directory, M365);
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Excellent customer-facing presentation skills;
  • Experience solving complex customers problems through analysis;
  • Ability to interact and communicate at the Executive level;
  • Experience developing strategy and tactics to meet business objectives.
