We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team and support our growing portfolio of IT security, cloud, and networking solutions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in similar or related products, who can provide technical expertise to support sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and design suitable IT solutions.
• Provide technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept setups, and presentations to customers.
• Assist in preparing proposals, solution designs, and technical documentation.
• Advise customers on network security (firewalls, threat detection, endpoint security), cloud solutions, virtualization, and data center infrastructure.
• Support post-sales deployment and initial configurations when needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in security, cloud, and networking technologies.
Requirements:
• Experience in similar or the same products (network security, endpoint protection, data centers, virtualization, cloud, and network monitoring).
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, security solutions, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution architecture is a plus.
