Role 

We are currently looking for a Pre-Sales Associate to strengthen our team. As a Pre-Sales Associate, you will be responsible for conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, preparing and delivering compelling presentations and reports, as well as managing sales processes and customer relationships. The Pre-Sales Associate will gain global expertise in the insurance and automotive industry and hands on experience in the fields of business growth, international expansion, SaaS models, B2B sales and partnerships. 


What will you be doing:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities, analyze the competitive landscape, emerging trends, new technologies, and business models to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Enhance sales materials and documentation to effectively communicate the company’s track record, products, and value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Assist in lead generation by identifying new customers and partners and arranging sales meetings.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and pitches to prospective customers and partners, effectively showcasing the company's products and value proposition.
  • Foster and maintain productive relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales process to optimize lead conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze the sales pipeline, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and propose enhancements for optimization.
  • Prepare comprehensive business plans and detailed reports for submission to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to gather customer feedback and recommend product enhancements to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, product, design, and other internal teams to align business and product development efforts with overall company objectives, advocating for customer needs.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, pre-sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with B2B customers is a plus.
  • Good understanding of technology business models with a passion for innovation and disruption.
  • Demonstrated track record in preparing and delivering excellent presentations.
  • Proven ability in writing comprehensive documents and reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in other languages being a bonus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
