About Our Clinic

Yeronga Vet is a well-established, community-trusted clinic known for delivering gold-standard veterinary care across South Brisbane. Our corner-block practice is surrounded by gardens and thoughtfully designed to support both team wellbeing and patient care.

Our facilities include spacious reception, consult rooms, dedicated vet and PM offices, lab and pharmacy, treatment and surgery areas — plus additional downstairs office space, a staff wellbeing room, puppy club centre, and fenced training garden.

Our experienced vets, nurses, and leadership teamwork with genuine respect, collaboration and compassion for each other and our clients.

About The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where your success comes from coordinating the day-to-day operations, people and services of the clinic. You’ll work closely with our Lead Vet and be supported by our Regional and Vet Managers to build a high-performing, positive, and engaged clinic environment.

  • Minimum 2 years veterinary nursing experience preferred
  • Passion for high standards of animal care and client service
  • Confident with practice management systems (we use EzyVet and Vetstoria)
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good understanding of workplace health & safety and employee obligations
  • Warm, genuine leadership style — you enjoy supporting people who care for animals
