This Practice Management role will be based in our Prospect location where you will play an essential role in shaping the business and team.

 

About the role

As Practice Manager, you’ll be the operational, cultural and financial leader of the clinic.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Inspiring and leading a diverse team of veterinarians, nurses and support staff
  • Maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture where team members are motivated, supported, and excited to come to work
  • Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations including rostering, performance management, and inventory
  • Ensuring the clinic runs efficiently, sustainably, and successfully
  • Collaborating across the network to share ideas and best practice
  • Working closely with your clinical team and allowing them to focus on delivering clinical excellence, while you drive operational excellence
  • Managing budgets and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Driving local marketing initiatives and building strong relationships within the growing community
