Are you passionate about the veterinary world and ready to lead a highly skilled, and passionate team? We're searching for an enthusiastic Practice Manager to join our busy, progressive clinic where no two days are the same!  This role covers 30 hours per week, however there could be flexibility for more hours for the right person.

  • A proactive approach to all areas of HR including recruitment, rostering and ongoing training and support for staff  
  • A keen interest in business management which includes IT management, payroll, and data insights Communicates brilliantly – Whether you're chatting with team members, clients, or suppliers, you build strong relationships and get things done with a smile 
  • The desire to add value to the business while creating a welcoming and friendly workplace culture

The role includes, but not limited to:

  • Ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice
  • The coordination of all practice administrative tasks (including rosters, stock control and facilities management)
  • Planning and conducting team meetings including training topics
  • Performance management, review and development of the nursing and reception team
  • The implementation and coordination of staff training programs, health, safety & wellbeing
  • Liaising with management to ensure the financial goals of the practice are met
