About the Role
As Practice Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of the clinic — ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining excellent client experiences, and supporting our vets and nurses to deliver the best care possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and coordinate clinic schedules
Lead, mentor, and support the veterinary and nursing teams
Drive a positive, collaborative workplace culture
Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and industry standards
Foster client relationships and ensure an exceptional service experience
About You:
Previous experience in a veterinary, medical or management role
Cert IV Vet Nurse Certificate (preferred but not essential)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
Passionate about animal care and team wellbeing
Confident using practice management software and administrative systems
