About the Role
As Practice Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of the clinic — ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining excellent client experiences, and supporting our vets and nurses to deliver the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and coordinate clinic schedules

  • Lead, mentor, and support the veterinary and nursing teams

  • Drive a positive, collaborative workplace culture

  • Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting

  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and industry standards

  • Foster client relationships and ensure an exceptional service experience

About You:

  • Previous experience in a veterinary, medical or management role

  • Cert IV Vet Nurse Certificate (preferred but not essential)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities

  • Passionate about animal care and team wellbeing

  • Confident using practice management software and administrative systems
