The Position

The Practice Lead is a principal stakeholder driving consulting services at Claritas Rx. This role develops and leads a consulting practice focused on creating visibility into the patient journey on specialty, oncology and rare disease brands, and harnessing this visibility to support key commercial analytics, including benchmarking and forecasting. This leader has end-to-end responsibility for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and delivery quality, and brings deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting and analytics to guide clients’ brand and portfolio decisions.

Specializing in data-driven forecasting and commercial and market access effectiveness for specialty, oncology and rare disease therapies, the Practice Lead supports growth at Claritas Rx and enhances the value the company creates for the biotechnology industry.

Key Accountabilities

  • Define and execute the practice vision and strategy for consulting services at Claritas Rx, including service offerings centered on forecasting and market access effectiveness.
  • Grow a consulting practice serving commercial biopharmaceutical organizations, with accountability for revenue and profitability.
  • Lead business development: generate leads in collaboration with our Business Development team, shape proposals, and position the practice’s capabilities to win initial and follow-on projects.
  • Serve as a senior client advisor on specialty, oncology and rare disease launch strategy, grounded in real-world patient level data and advanced analytics.
  • Establish and evolve best-in-class forecasting and analytics methodologies, tools, and templates that can be leveraged across clients and projects.
  • Lead the design, pressure-testing, and communication of robust patient- and market-based forecasts and performance analytics to inform strategic and financial decisions.
  • Manage and oversee relevant consulting projects leveraging Claritas Rx expertise and data that address data sufficiency gaps, support quantitative benchmarking, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery by setting standards, overseeing outputs, managing risk, and engaging as appropriate on client issues.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader and speak at conferences, symposia, and other events to disseminate best practices and demonstrate Claritas Rx's command of the specialty space.

This role combines strategic insight, consultative expertise, and thought leadership with a focus on solution refinement and organizational learning to position Claritas Rx as a trusted partner in the patient journey analytics space. The travel component associated with this role may fluctuate as it is driven by project and customer needs.

Who You Are

Required Skills/Knowledge

  • 10+ years of experience supporting forecasting or commercial and/or market access analytics, either in industry or as a consultative partner
  • Demonstrated depth in forecasting and commercial analytics, including building and leading advanced forecasting models, scenario planning, and performance measurement
  • Proven track record of owning revenue targets, leading client engagements, and being accountable for delivery outcomes while directing supporting teams
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior commercial and finance leaders using data-driven insights

Preferred Skills/Knowledge

Preferred:

  • 7+ years of experience successfully managing and delivering consulting projects
  • Extensive industry relationships with industry stakeholders who are the consumers of commercial and market access consulting services
  • MBA, MPH or other advanced degree in a technology-enabled healthcare service or related field
