The Role Summary:
Join the Geneo team as a Practice Development Manager, where you'll take charge of our field presence, actively supporting and empowering our esthetic customers (Med-Spas, Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and luxury spas) to grow their businesses with Glo2Facial.

This territory covers all of California, from the Bay Area down through San Diego.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers by providing training, guidance, and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to sales, helping customers solve challenges, grow their business, and strengthen their partnership with Geneo.
  • Interact with customers through phone, video calls, and in-person visits, delivering top-notch support and working with internal teams to ensure customer success.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with estheticians and business owners, focusing on creating and executing business plans for long-term growth.
  • Analyze purchasing data to identify customer needs, highlight opportunities, introduce new products, and offer customized solutions.
  • Drive growth through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting additional products and services.
  • Provide in-person product training to ensure customers maximize the use of Glo2Facial and maintain its prominence in their service offerings.
  • Stay knowledgeable about Geneo’s full product line to support customers in enhancing their aesthetic businesses.
  • Achieve sales targets for consumable products and collaborate with internal teams to identify equipment sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in consultative, relationship-driven sales, especially with consumable products requiring repeat purchases.
  • Background in the aesthetics industry, including dermatology, plastic surgery, med spas, or luxury spa environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in helping medical practices or spas build and scale successful businesses.
  • Comfort with extensive travel (60–70%) and the ability to effectively manage a territory.
  • Strong ability to analyze customer data and create tailored strategies to meet their needs.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.

(Base Salary starting at $80,000, plus unlimited commission potential — no cap on your earnings!)
The range listed is just one component of Geneo’s total rewards package for our employees.
Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits. An employee’s pay position within the listed salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
