Kurt Geiger is seeking a passionate, strategic, and highly connected PR Manager to execute the editorial, celebrity and events strategy for the brand across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Head of PR to develop and execute an integrated PR strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and brand affinity.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, editors, stylists, influencers, and celebrities to help drive high-quality coverage and ensure Kurt Geiger remains a go-to name.
• Lead proactive pitching and product storytelling across all media categories.
• Develop and manage the PR calendar, aligning it with product launches, campaigns, and key cultural or industry moments.
• Manage partner networks – including PR agencies and franchise partners – ensuring consistent messaging and campaign execution across regions.
• Mentor and develop junior PR team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital, Brand) to ensure a cohesive and elevated brand voice.
• Continuously monitor and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the media, celebrity, and influencer landscapes across EMEA region to identify relevant talent and cultural trends
• Support and execute PR events, launches, and press appointments.
• Oversee all sample management.
• Represent Kurt Geiger at press events and talent-facing opportunities. Host and engage key stakeholders to build meaningful brand affinity.
• Champion the Kurt Geiger Kindness Foundation, working closely with internal teams to develop PR campaigns highlighting its social impact and initiatives such as the Business by Design Academy.
• Lead performance tracking: Track performance across all PR activity. Deliver insights-driven reporting that clearly communicates impact and identifies opportunities for growth.
• Help define and streamline regional PR processes and guidelines to enhance efficiency, alignment, and excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in PR or Communications within premium or luxury fashion, either in-house or at an agency.
• Proven success in generating high impact earned media coverage and celebrity placements
• Strong relationships with industry journalists and stylists
• Strong event management and campaign execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for storytelling.
• Highly organised with precise attention to detail
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative.
• Confident managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
