As a PPC Strategist, this is what you’ll be doing:

At QS, we are driven by the mission to help individuals achieve their career and educational potential. As a PPC Strategist you will develop a comprehensive and holistic performance marketing strategy to promote QS Events globally. This role will take full ownership of Paid Search and Paid Social activity to improve the quality of acquired candidates.

Within this role, you will devise and execute the PPC strategy agreed with the Head of Performance whilst managing all aspects of the planning, implementation, reporting, campaign administration, auction bid management etc.

Role responsibilities:

  • Devising and delivering scalable performance mkt campaigns, as part of a holistic strategy to generate leads for QS Events
  • Collaborating with marketing regional teams and directors to ensure performance mkt campaigns are aligned with business goals. Introduce processes to improve campaigns’ management efficiency and eliminate overlapping actions
  • Keeping track of QS Events campaigns’ performance and taking continuous optimization action to deliver scalable results.
  • Implement innovative audience strategies that drive prospects from awareness to engagement to conversion aiming at ameliorating the quality of leads
  • Guide PPC executives on the latest AI advancements and proceed with a testing plan to unlock incremental value in campaigns’ performance.
  • Establish effective communication across teams and share actionable insights that shape a value-based strategy, by analysing historical data and current performance.
  • Any other duties that fall within the purpose and scope of the role.

    Key skills and experience:
    The ideal candidate will have: 


  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of PPC acquisition strategies
  • A proven track record of managing multiple PPC accounts across Paid Social and Paid Search
  • Experience in testing and implementing AI advancements in performance marketing field
  • Proven ability of utilizing website analytics and search data to shape effective acquisition strategies
  • Great knowledge of Web Analytics tools including GA4
  • Confident in working with extensive data sets and conversion funnels to streamline audience acquisition
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution to complex issues
  • Good presentation skills
