Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven PPC Specialist to manage, optimize, and analyze pay-per-click campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.). As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for increasing traffic and conversions through strategic paid media efforts, ensuring that all campaigns align with our brand's goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Plan, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other search and display networks.
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities to target the right audience.
• Develop, execute, and monitor bid strategies to maximize ROI for each campaign.
• Create, test, and optimize ad copy to ensure relevance, high-quality scores, and maximum engagement.
• Regularly monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics, ensuring KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective landing pages and ads that drive results.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PPC advertising and digital marketing.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage PPC budgets and ensure campaigns stay within the allocated budget.
• Work with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, design) to align PPC strategies with overall marketing efforts.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PPC Specialist, SEM Specialist, or similar role in digital marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other PPC management and reporting tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Strong understanding of keyword research, competitive analysis, bid management, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and landing page optimization strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Google Ads and Analytics certifications (preferred).
