Our client in the marketing services and creative agency industry is looking for a PPC Account Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, markets, and channels. The role requires strong analytical ability, strategic thinking, and hands-on campaign management expertise to drive performance growth and deliver measurable results for global accounts.

What you will do:

  • Execute and oversee paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Bing Ads, covering paid search, shopping, display, remarketing, and video.
  • Optimise campaigns to maximise ROAS, applying advanced strategies and analytics to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  • Manage core PPC accounts with daily monitoring, updates, and ongoing performance refinement across multiple media channels.
  • Implement and manage global, multi-language campaigns adaptable to varied regions, markets, and consumer behaviours.
  • Prepare, deliver, and quality-assure detailed campaign reports, new business proposals, and strategic plans, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate the development of creative assets such as images, videos, and copy, producing briefs and integrating assets into campaigns to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Identify emerging trends and ideas to elevate campaign strategy and inspire new opportunities.
  • Build strong, productive relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of delivery and accuracy.
  • Contribute to departmental growth through a proactive, collaborative, and innovation-focused approach.
  • 3–5 years of PPC management experience within a fast-paced environment; experience in B2B (especially automotive or industrial sectors) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency across major platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads, and all Google Channels (Search, Display, Discovery, Video, Shopping, Performance Max).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in Google Analytics and Data Studio.
  • Google/digital certifications in YouTube, Display, Search, or other relevant areas.
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation strategies and execution.
  • A portfolio of successful case studies demonstrating proven PPC performance outcomes.
  • Strong relationship-building, multitasking, adaptability, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills.
