Job Title: Power Platform Solutions Engineer

The Intelligent Automation initiative at the bank is currently in an expansion phase, focusing on analyzing and researching new solutions and platforms to determine their suitability for implementation. The current emphasis is on the Microsoft product family, including Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, and Power Automate.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with a strong technical background to lead the implementation of Power Platform solutions (with a focus on Copilot Studio and Power Automate) and M365 Copilot. This role involves executing strategic initiatives and requires expertise in integrating these platforms within highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of Power Platform solutions, with emphasis on Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Drive the integration of M365 Copilot into existing environments, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven enhancements.
• Develop strategy and governance model for integrating these platforms in highly regulated environments, ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on the integration of development platforms with GitHub.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, leveraging GitHub or equivalent tools, for seamless development, testing, and deployment of solutions.
• Document processes, workflows, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and scalability.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience implementing Power Platform solutions, with deep expertise in Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its integration with enterprise environments.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries, with a clear understanding of compliance requirements and risk management.
• Hands-on experience with integrating development platforms with GitHub and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications) are a plus.
