Responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and Power Automate flows end-to-end and comfortable working directly with data, building dashboards from scratch, automating business processes, and supporting existing solutions in production.
Key Responsibilities
Power BI Development
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Create and optimize data models and DAX measures
Implement best practices for visuals, filters, drilldowns, and report performance
Publish and manage reports in the Power BI Service, including workspaces and access control
Troubleshoot data, refresh, and performance issues
Enhance and support existing dashboards
Power Automate Development
Build, test, and deploy Power Automate cloud flows
Automate approvals, notifications, data movement, and business processes
Integrate flows with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel
Implement error handling, monitoring, and basic logging
Support and improve existing automations
Delivery & Support
Take ownership of dashboard and automation requests from build through release
Support production Power BI reports and Power Automate flows
Maintain basic documentation for dashboards, datasets, and flows
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to refine requirements into working solutions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience
Strong experience with data modeling and DAX
2+ years of hands-on Power Automate (cloud flows) experience
Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Experience working remotely with global teams
Nice to Have
Experience supporting multiple dashboards across different teams
Familiarity with Power BI governance concepts (workspaces, permissions, environments)
Exposure to modern BI or Fabric-style development workflows
Experience working in an agile or product-focused environment

Reliable, performant Power BI dashboards actively used by the business
Automation flows that reduce manual effort and run reliably
Clear ownership of reporting and automation assets
Fast turnaround on enhancements and fixes
