We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to design and deliver business applications built on Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages. You’ll own technical implementation across JavaScript web resources, C# plugins, portals, and DevOps/ALM, and provide guidance to other developers and stakeholders.
Your next chapter starts here.
In this role, you will:
Design and implement Dataverse / D365 data models (tables, relationships, business rules, security roles).
Build and extend Model-Driven Apps / D365: forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
Develop JavaScript web resources for form logic, validation, and command bar/ribbon customizations.
Develop C# plugins and custom workflow activities; configure them via the Plugin Registration Tool.
Design and build Power Pages portals with secure external access using table permissions and web roles.
Customize portals using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Use XRMToolBox (incl. Ribbon Workbench) for command bar changes, troubleshooting, and productivity.
Manage source control and ALM using Azure DevOps and Git (branches, pull requests, pipelines, solution deployments).
Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to other developers.
Must be eligible for Enhanced Reliability Clearance
5+ years hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps
Strong experience designing Dataverse data models and app configuration
Proven experience with JavaScript Web Resources in D365 (formContext/Xrm APIs, form events, command bar behavior)
Solid experience building and deploying C# plugins (Dataverse SDK, pipeline stages, sync/async, filtering attributes)
Practical experience with Power Pages / Portals (web roles, table permissions, forms/lists, basic Liquid/JS/CSS)
Regular use of XRMToolBox tools, including Ribbon Workbench
Strong Azure DevOps / Git skills: branching, pull requests, pipelines, and solution deployments across environments
Ability to work closely with business and functional stakeholders and explain technical trade-offs clearly
Desired skills:
Experience with Power Automate and how it complements plugins
PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) experience
Integrations using REST APIs / Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, etc.)
Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience in D365
Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, etc.)
