As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights and automating business processes across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain custom applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define key requirements, and create user-friendly solutions that drive strategic initiatives. This will involve leveraging Power Apps to build custom applications that streamline processes and enhance data workflows. Additionally, you will utilize Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and integrate disparate systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and process optimization.

To excel in this position, you should have hands-on experience with the full Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. A strong understanding of data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and report optimization techniques is essential. Familiarity with creating and managing metrics, data governance practices, database management, and cloud-based platforms will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

A clearance is required for this position, so prior experience working in secure or regulated environments will be highly advantageous. Your ability to adapt to evolving requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be key to your success in this dynamic and impactful role.

The Work:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Power Apps to automate business processes and enhance data workflows
  • Utilize Power Automate to integrate disparate systems, streamline repetitive tasks, and optimize process efficiency
  • Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to deliver accurate and timely insights
  • Analyze and interpret metrics to provide strategic recommendations for data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in the Microsoft Power Platform

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum 2 years experience with the full Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Proficiency in data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and report optimization techniques
  • Knowledge of data governance practices, database management, and cloud-based platforms
  • Familiarity with working in secure or regulated environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements
  • Experience in UiPath or other robotic process automation (RPA) tools

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
